We proudly ship from the United States so you can expect to get your purchase within 7-14 working days. We don't like our customers to have a long wait time for their item(s) this is why we insist on all our warehouses working diligently. 

Please be aware depending on where you are, worldwide orders can take longer but we promise to get your item(s) to you as fast as we can!

RETURNS:

By placing an order with us you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to INGOUDE. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further information on how to make a return.

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

INGOUDE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it please report it to your respective shipping carrier at the information provided to you on our Tracking Page.
